A Walk Through the Woods

WITH Spring almost upon us, I'm saying farewell to winter with a final offering from my snow picture collection.

Called Midwinter Walk, it shows a man and child (with dog) strolling through the woods while snow is falling.

With its blue theme colour and frosted trees, it is reminiscent of my Woodland in Winter painting, one of my family's favourites.

This latest picture, with others, is being incorporated into bookmarks which I'll be selling at Flushing Arts Week at the end of May.
