Piggies in pencil on the run

June 16, 2018

BE warned. I'm in the middle of a frenetic creative phase, producing images so fast that I can barely keep up with myself.

Inspired by 90-year-old Desmond Morris's disclosure that he creates a new surrealist image every day, I've been spending hours at my desk sketching and daubing pictures like a madman.

There is nothing - and I mean nothing - more absorbing than making pictures, whether it's with a paintbrush, a marker pen, a pastel crayon or a plain old HB pencil.

This one, Running Pigs, is one of my Minimal Art series. Hope you like it.

Below is the colour version.
