DRIVING through Falmouth one day, I saw what looked vaguely like a dragonfly incorporated into a mural on a skatepark wall.
It set me thinking about dragonflies, their diaphanous nature and their potential as art forms.
When I got home, I began drawing this impression of entangled dragonfly images hovering over water. It's called Dragonflies over Water and would, in my humble opinion, make an excellent mural design.
So the idea has gone full circle. Mural to mural.
That's what's so wonderful about art. It can spring from anywhere.
