New Collectable Edition

MY first 'people's history' of the Cornish fishing village where I live proved so successful that I've written what we newspapermen call a follow-up. This one is a limited hardback edition written and designed as a signed and numbered collectors' item which I hope will be passed down through the generations.

The 384-page book features not only completely new text, but also many previously unpublished photographs. This is not a scholarly, definitive work, but an informal history with the emphasis on the people who have, over the generations, given Flushing its unique character.

The book will be launched at the Spring Gallery, Royal Cornwall Polytechnic Society, Falmouth, Cornwall, on November 14, 2016.
