Fish are back on the menu

IT'S been some time since I last offered you a pictorial feast.

So I'm serving up some plump fish, painted this week as a break from my new enthusiasm for Minimalist Art.

This picture, called Golden Shoal, began life as a doodle on a piece of scrap paper. The first fish I doodled looked forlorn on his own so I decided to sketch in some companions.

Hence this harmless little image, one of my countless studies on a piscatorial theme. Salt and vinegar, anyone?
