A final flourish for 2018

NO sooner said than done. My picture Urban People comes to you in full colour - my artistic finale for the year.

In 2019, I promise more eccentric art, more trenchant views on national and international affairs, two new books, a booklet of nostalgia and - if I can get round to it - more book reviews, a feature of this site I have been neglecting of late.

While I stack up on more festive food to prepare me for the exertions ahead, I'd like to wish you all the best for a happy new year.
