Blooming marvellous!

OH, to be in Cornwall, now that May is here.

By most people's reckoning, May is Cornwall's finest month, when the hedgerows are aflame with blooms.

Wild rhododendrons, wild garlic, pink campion, cow parsley, primroses, willowherb...the array of flowers is unequalled anywhere else in Britain.

In tribute, I've drawn a hedgerow full of imaginary flowers
