Hot Image of Africa


THIS is another example of an image created from randomly applied swathes of colour. I used a broad spatula to apply orange and yellow acrylic paint, then developed it into a desert scene, with nomads standing in the shimmering heat.

Though it will not be to everyone's taste, I really like this picture, one of the best I've created in recent months.

It's called Desert Nomads. I hope you can feel the Saharan heat it generates.
